Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Cutest little bagel shop hidden in The colony. I’m a picky bagel eater , I’ve been to many in the area. This one is fabulous ! Every table was full and they were super busy in the kitchen! You can order with staff or order for yourself with their tablets. Huge selection of bagels and everything was so fresh! I had the toasted jalapeño cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, freakin delicious! Prices were also the best in town! I’m so glad I found this place! For sure will be a frequent visitor here! Thank you for the great food and great service! See you again soon!

Right as I walked in, the strong aroma of freshly baked bagels hit me, like a car to a deer, and there she was the prettiest and sweetest Korean girl ive ever laid my eyes on. She welcomed me with the most upbeat and inviting "Hello, welcome in!". She looked like a ray of sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns, so I just knew her last name must of been Nam. Ive never had a bagel in my life before! but with her help she picked out the most delicious bagel that made my tastebuds spring with excitement. The bagels were incredible, but the customer service somehow managed to outshine even the food. She was kind, welcoming, and made a first-time customer feel right at home. To this day, I still think about that bagel... and, if I'm being completely honest, I still dream about her too, I regret not asking for her hand in marriage right there and then. 15/10 experience. I'll definitely be coming back and bringing my future offsprings here.

This has become my weekly spot for an egg and cheese bagel sandwich and half a dozen bagels to go. The quality of these bagels are top notch. I have tried the plain, cinnamon raisin, blueberry, Asiago and everything bagel and have enjoyed them all. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. The perfect bite. If you are looking for an authentic NY bagel, this will hit the spot. I have also tried the strawberry cream cheese which I thought was good.

Bagels have always mattered to me. Growing up, a blueberry bagel sandwich on the weekend was routine, dependable, and non-negotiable. Brooklyn Bagel understands that kind of loyalty. The space is welcoming, parking is easy, and the bagels are the real thing. I stick with a blueberry bagel, bacon, egg, and cheese. My wife leans toward the jalapeño cheddar sausage and cheese. Both deliver. The bagels are soft and clearly fresh. The eggs and bacon are cooked the way they should be, which is harder to find than it should be. No fuss, no shortcuts. If bagels matter to you, Brooklyn Bagel is worth the stop.

We got the Williamsburg and bacon/egg/cheese, both on egg everything bagels. Absolutely delicious! Went Saturday Mid morning. Even though it was busy, they turned all the orders around quickly. Definitely going back.
